Description

Seal diaphragm is a shield between special fluids and pressure measuring instruments (pressure gauges / pressure transmitters)

In industrial processes, the pressurized material may or may not be in direct contact with the sphygmomanometer in order to keep the fluid hygienic or for fear of damage to the sphygmomanometer due to high fluid inertia.

In such processes, a flood diaphragm is placed between the measuring equipment (barometer / transmitter) and the fluid itself so that pressure can be applied indirectly to the equipment.

The DTW diaphragm has a threaded connection with the integrated body design, and in these instruments need to be sealed with a welded diaphragm.

In this model of flood diaphragm, it is not possible to replace the diaphragm.
